What happens if my order is faulty or mismatch?

If you, unfortunately, receive a faulty or a mismatched item, kindly contact us immediately. We will process your request to access its validation in order to issue a refund/replacement as quickly as possible.

How can I return my order?

You can mail us your order at P.O. Box 2434 Poquoson, Virginia, 23662. Please ensure that you have added return labels on the front of the product packaging and the box. Please keep in mind that the customer will bear all return costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned item(s). We will also send you a confirmation email. If you have not received the email, kindly check your junk/spam folder.

What is the return period?

The return period is 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly check our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What should I do if an item(s) is missing?

If one or multiple items are missing, kindly wait as it could be the case of separate parcels. If you still do not receive the item(s), please email us with the subject: missing items. We will process your request immediately.

What are the delivery options?

We offer Standard Tracked Delivery to the USA: $10 (up to 10 business days) and Express Tracked Delivery to the USA $25 (up to 2 business days).
